Outline

Project Requirements:

All our websites are tailored for ease of navigation & mobile optimisation.

Website Intro G-Net

Website

The main goal of the website will be to generate leads by showcasing the services and solutions provided by G-Net 3D.

We will use clear language that users can easily understand, so that they can easily find what they are looking for.

Each service will have it's own landing page and where we will showcase a selection of projects related to that service.

A clear Call To Action button will be visible at all times to make it super easy for users to get in touch.

Website Doors Systems

Micro Site

The main goal of the website will be to host forms that engineers can login to access.

We will implement a live search function to make it super easy for users to find the correct form. This will filter the different forms instantly as the user types into the search field.

Once they have found the form they need, they can click on it and enter the details into the webform on their mobile device.

Website Intro EMC Mental Performance

Website

The main goal of the website will be to generate leads by showcasing the services and solutions provided by EMC Mental Performance.

We will use clear language that users can easily understand, so that they can easily find what they are looking for.

Each service will have it's own landing page and which will outline the service provided and the benefits of the service. Ideally we would have quote from clients who have used each service on that page but this might be something we build up over time.

A clear Call To Action button will be visible at all times to make it super easy for users to get in touch and/or to book a consultation.

Hosting

Hosting

Webflow websites are hosted on AWS which is super fast allowing us to optimise even an image heavy site to load in under 1 second.

To achieve these kinds of load speeds using WordPress or Drupal is a lot of work and requires a lot of caching which can lead to functionality bugs.

About Eimear McCarthy

About Eimear McCarthy

We will have a page about you and your background to help build trust with readers of the site and to hopefully drive lookers to become bookers.

Before & After Slider

Before & After Slider

We will use a before/after slider to allow users to see a site before the 3D Graphic of a building has been added etc.

You can see a demo of this working on Webflow here.

Our Team Gnet

Our Team

We will showcase the key staff members of the team so that users can see the people behind the company.

LinkedIn Feed

LinkedIn Feed

To add a bespoke feed of LinkedIn posts into the Webflow site. This will be built using native Webflow design elements so we can style it how we want.

Content Management System

Content Management System

These days with so many users on mobile devices, site load speed and ease of use across all devices (desktop, tablet and mobile) is a priority,  so we propose to build the site using Webflow.

The reasons for this choice are:

  • It is hosted on AWS giving very fast server speed and scalability on demand.
  • It allows us to design each individual page or template for each type of device.
  • Webflow has platform-level security which makes it inherently more secure than running a WordPress or Drupal install on your own, or a shared, server. This also helps to reduce ongoing costs.
  • Unparalleled flexibility for the designer to develop each page independent of a template.
  • A smooth animation & interaction kit to add a more dynamic user experience.
  • Fast site load speeds can be achieved out of the box without having to install multiple caching options as you do with WordPress or Drupal or other PHP-based CMS sites.
  • Very easy-to-use content editor for in-house updates to content.
  • Daily backups in the event of an issue or someone deleting something they shouldn't.
Content Management System Mircosite

Content Management System Mircosite

As the engineers will be filling in the forms on mobile devices, site load speed and ease of use across all devices (desktop, tablet and mobile) is a priority, so we propose to build the site using Webflow.

The reasons for this choice are:

  • Webflow has a built in user management system. We can allow a flat one off login or we can add per user logins. In time we could add users preferences so that their most common form is top of-the list etc.
  • It is hosted on AWS giving very fast server speed and scalability on demand.
  • It allows us to design each individual page or template for each type of device.
  • Webflow is compatible with other apps - so we can get the site to talk to all modern web apps.
  • Webflow has platform-level security which makes it inherently more secure than running a WordPress or Drupal install on your own, or a shared, server. This also helps to reduce ongoing costs.

  • Daily backups in the event of an issue or someone deleting something they shouldn't.
Content Management System Gnet 3D

Content Management System Gnet 3D

We propose to build the website using the Webflow CMS. Webflow is a ultra modern web design tool that has a built in animation kit to allow for super smooth loading websites.

The reasons for this choice are:

  • It is hosted on AWS giving very fast server speed and scalability on demand.
  • It allows us to design each individual page or template for each type of device.
  • Webflow is compatible with other apps - so we can get the site to talk to all modern web apps.

  • Very easy-to-use content editor for in-house updates to content.
  • Daily backups in the event of an issue or someone deleting something they shouldn't.
Call to Action

Call to Action

The main goal of the website will be to generate leads.

This will primarily be by offering a FREE 20 minute consultation.

Over time we might also add a Lead generation form where we ask for details in order to download a piece of content, a white paper or industry report of some kind.

News & Blog

News & Blog

We can use the website as the hub of your communication efforts.

A blog gives you a chance to talk about your field and in talking about your work you can showcase your expertise to readers of your site.

Blogs can then be out on social channels and/or newsletters allowing you to use one piece of content across all your channels.

Adding regular content to your site is a part of any effective ongoing SEO strategy.

Webforms

Webforms

The website will host 20 (or so) forms which can be searched for easily. An engineer will submit these forms on completion of a job and the website will send the from as an email with a PDF attachment containing all the details as filled in by the engineer on their mobile device.

We suggest using Jotforms or Formstack to achieve this functionality. Both programs can talk to other apps so we can send the data to a CRM or other system as well potentially as part of another phase of development.

See their pricing pages for the monthly costs associated with these tools.

Case Studies Gnet

Case Studies Gnet

We will showcase a select number of projects in more detail so users can read a little bit more about the flow of the project and understand how you helped in different scenarios.

We might break these down into paragraphs such as: The Challenge, Our Solution, the Results and then Feedback from the client.

We will support each section with imagery and possibly have a Gallery for each Case Study as well.

Project Gallery Gnet

Project Gallery Gnet

We will showcase projects across the various services to give examples of the kind of work carried out by G-Net 3D.

Each Project gallery will have a brief intro paragraph and a caption for the images used so that users can tell what they're looking at.

Where possible and appropriate we will embed 3D walkthroughs and Videos.

About Pride Design

We specialise in quality interactive and content-driven websites. We generally develop our websites using one of the popular open source Content Management Systems WordPress / Drupal but we have recently moved to the game changing Web Design tool Webflow.

In 2007 we won two Golden Spider Awards including the coveted Grand Prix Award for the Cully & Sully website. This site is built using the Drupal CMS. It has a forum, blogs, a cookbook where users can save their favourite recipes and a product browser built into the homepage as well as a lot of other features.

In 2010 our project Chef-Factor, an online competition that we devised and built-in conjunction with Cully & Sully, was nominated in the All Ireland Marketing Awards in the e-Marketing section - showing that we can compete with the biggest agencies in the country.

Chef-Factor returned in 2011 when it won our third national award in the ‘Best Micro-Site' category of the Irish Web Design Awards. We had 9 other websites nominated for awards at the 2011 Irish Web Awards, 5 of which made the final short-lists, including Pride Design which made the final short-list for national ‘Web Agency of the Year' 2011.

In 2012 our website for Cork Opera House won the Best Arts Website at the Irish Web Awards.

Our website TheCorkNews.ie was announced as the winner of the category ‘Best Online Publication' at the Irish Web Awards 2014, beating national publications like The Irish Times, The Irish Examiner and The Irish Independent. Pride Design again made the short-list for national ‘Web Agency of the Year' 2014.

Biabeauty.com was announced as a Semi-Finalist in the Irish Web Awards 2015 & Irish Web Awards 2016 for both the Best SME Website and Most Beautiful Website categories.

MagicVacations.ie was recently announced Best Website at the 2017 Travel Awards.

Our recent Website for Lisnavagh House won the Best tourism website at the recent Carlow Chamber of commerce awards 2021.

We like to develop long-term relationships with clients where we help them achieve their online goals.
